1. The Legal Agreement
"This Terms of Service Agreement ('Agreement') is a legally binding contract between THE BUNDLE TEA LLC, a California limited liability company ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), and you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ('you', 'User', 'Vendor', or 'Service Provider'). This Agreement governs your access to and use of THE BUNDLE TEA mobile application and website."
2. Marketplace Role & Disclaimer of Agency
"THE BUNDLE TEA LLC operates strictly as an online marketplace and discovery venue connecting independent hair extension vendors and beauty service providers ('Vendors') with consumers ('Clients') within a designated 50-mile radius. THE BUNDLE TEA LLC is not a hair vendor, salon owner, or service provider. We do not employ, endorse, or background-check Vendors. Any contract for sales or services is strictly between the Client and the Vendor. THE BUNDLE TEA LLC expressly disclaims all liability for the quality, safety, legality, or authenticity of products sold or services rendered by third-party Vendors."
3. Geolocation and 50-Mile Radius Rules
"To facilitate connections, the Application utilizes radius-based mapping technologies. Users agree to provide accurate location data. Vendors are strictly prohibited from spoofing, manipulating, or misrepresenting their physical business location to appear within a client's 50-mile radius. Violations will result in immediate account termination."
4. Intellectual Property Ownership
"All text, software, source code, databases, functionality, algorithms, designs, logos, and user interface elements within the Application are the exclusive intellectual property of THE BUNDLE TEA LLC and are protected by United States copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws."
5. Community Content Standards & Moderation
"THE BUNDLE TEA is a family-friendly marketplace. Nudity, sexually explicit material, profanity, hate speech, harassment, threats, and graphic violence are strictly prohibited in all user-submitted content, including business names and descriptions, profile and product photos, promotions, reviews, booking notes, payment descriptions, chat messages, and profile pictures. All submitted text and images are automatically screened before they are saved or published. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject, remove, or block any content that violates these standards, and to suspend or terminate the account of any User who submits prohibited content. Prohibited content may also result in removal of the associated listing without refund."
6. SMS Text Message Program
"By texting BUNDLE to our campaign number, you expressly agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from THE BUNDLE TEA LLC, including deal alerts, special offers, and other updates about local hair vendors and beauty service providers on the Bundle Tea marketplace, sent up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to cancel at any time and text HELP for help. You represent that you are 18 years of age or older. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We make no representation or warranty regarding the availability, timeliness, or delivery of text messages, and we shall not be liable for any carrier delays, errors, or charges incurred by you."
7. Privacy Policy
"Our collection and use of personal information — including contact details, location data, and SMS opt-in records — is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement." Read our Privacy Policy.
